How long do I have access to my purchased courses?
Once enrolled, you maintain lifetime access to the course materials. This includes all future updates, downloadable resources, and interactive content associated with that specific curriculum. Your progress is saved permanently.
Can I access my courses on multiple devices?
Yes, our platform is fully responsive. You can switch seamlessly between your laptop, tablet, and mobile phone. Your progress is synced in real-time across all devices. Simply log in with your student account on any device.
How do I start a course after purchasing?
After completing your purchase, go to "My Courses" from the top navigation. You'll see all your enrolled courses listed. Click on any course to open the lesson viewer with our interactive flipbook materials.
Can I download course materials for offline study?
Our course materials are DRM-protected to maintain content integrity. They are designed to be viewed through our secure online viewer. However, any supplementary resources (worksheets, checklists) that are provided can be downloaded from within the lesson.
CE Credits
How do I receive my Certificate of Completion?
Upon finishing 100% of the course modules and passing the final assessment with the required passing score, your certificate will be automatically generated. You can download it as a high-resolution PDF from the "My Certificate" page accessible from your course completion screen.
Are these CE credits valid in all states?
Atlanta Beauty Academy is a recognized provider of continuing education. However, CE requirements vary by state board. Please check the course description for specific state approval details. Our courses are designed to meet Georgia state CE requirements.
How many CE credit hours does each course provide?
Each course clearly displays the number of CE credit hours on the course card and detail page. Our courses range from 2 to 3 CE hours each. Course bundles combine multiple courses for a comprehensive CE credit package.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Sign In" from the top navigation, then click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a password reset link. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.
The quiz is not submitting my answers.
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection before submitting. If the quiz times out, your answers may not be saved. Make sure to answer all questions before clicking submit. If issues persist, try clearing your browser cache and retrying.
